Payment: To secure a booking requires NZ$100 deposit. Credit Cards accepted. Or payment via Direct Credit Online Banking. When you receive our Confirmation Email, this will include our Secure Credit Card Site, and / or our Bank Account Deposit Details. Balance of payment due at least 1 week prior to arrival. Or, you are welcome to deposit the total amount at the time of booking. Once you have advised that the balance is paid, the Holiday House address and key collection details will be forwarded to you. Damage and Breakages: You are responsible for paying to remedy any breakages or damage you cause to the holiday house and its contents. Please report these as soon as possible and before you leave or we reserve the right to charge your credit card. Occasional damage and breakage is unavoidable and we do not normally charge for minor breakages e.g. glassware, crockery, provided these are reported before you leave.
