Deposit  NZ$100 deposit required to secure a booking with balance of payment due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Payment with Visa and Mastercard accepted. Direct Credit via Online Banking accepted provided credit card details
have been forwarded to secure a booking.

Confirmation of booking will be emailed to you after the deposit has been received. The Holiday House address and
key collection details will be forwarded after the balance of payment is received.

Cancellation with less than 1 month's notice, incurs loss of deposit. Less than 7 days notice incurs a charge for the
entire stay.

Minor breakages are unavoidable and we do not normally charge for accidental breakages e.g. glassware / crockery,
provided these are reported before you leave.

House damage you are responsible for paying to remedy any damage to the Holiday House and it's contents. Please
reportthese as soon as possible and before you leave or we reserve the right to charge your credit card.
