payment due at least 1 week prior

Confirmed
Reservation
after
the deposit has been
processed you will receive a
"Confirmation of
Reservation" email.
after the balance of payment
has been processed you will
receive the Holiday House
address
and key collection details.
Cancellations
payment
is refundable - less the
deposit, provided you cancel
more than 7 days prior to
your
booked arrival date.
Cancellations received with
less than 7 days notice
before your arrival,
incur full loss of deposit
and payment.
Damages
/ breakages
accidental
breakages are unavoidable and
we do not normally charge for
minor breakages
e.g. glassware, and crockery,
provided these are reported
before you leave.
