 Earls Cottage is a very tidy, modern home.
The house is central to Te Anau, shops and
lake. This 3 bedroom warm and welcoming
home has comfortable beds, fresh linen, with
all rooms having their own wardrobes.

Warm thermo curtains and carpet throughout.
The sunny lounge/kitchen/dining offers ample
comfortable sitting-room seating.

There is a flat screen digital TV. A full kitchen
with all modern appliances along with the dining
table - to pull into the sunlit open plan living area.

The sliding door out from the living area leads to a
sun-drenched deck in the fully fenced back yard
with Fiordland mountain views. A BBQ and garden
furniture compliment the outdoor living area.

The cottage is on a front section in a modern area.
It is an independent and private home ideal for
families. It is homely, warm and fully furnished with
modern conveniences.

Doubtful Sound and Milford Sound Cruise pick-ups

Manapouri
located two hours drive south of Queenstown and 15 mins drive south of Te Anau. . .. . Doubtful Sound Cruise
departs from Manapouri. Town services include: cafes, restaurant, grocery shop, arts & craft shop,
kayaking services, vehicle service station, tennis courts, library. Internet facilities.

Airports
as noted above, nearest main airports are Queenstown or Invercargill, both are 2 hours drive from Te Anau.
