we require a deposit of NZ$100 to
secure a booking with balance of payment due at
least 1 week prior
to arrival.

our reply to your enquiry
will include our Secure Credit Card Site and / or
our Bank Account Deposit Details.
After the deposit has been paid you will receive
a "Confirmation of Booking" email.
Please notify
us when the balance is paid and we will forward
the Holiday House address and key collection
details.
Cancellations
payment is refundable - less
the deposit, provided you cancel more than 7 days
prior to your booked arrival date.
Cancellations received with less than 7 days
notice before your arrival, incur full loss of
deposit and payment.
Damages
/ breakages
you are responsible for
paying to remedy breakages or damage you cause to
the holiday house and contents.
Please report these as soon as possible and
before you leave or we reserve the right to
charge your credit card.
accidental
damage and breakage is unavoidable and we do not
normally charge for minor breakages
e.g. glassware, and crockery, provided these are
reported before you leave.
